Not all the cases have been put post-January 20th and there's legal methods to get issues re-calendared as well. The law is an absolute mess and far beyond overly complicated and it is sickening BUT it's also our most vital avenue to avoid Trump having to go Nuclear Abe which must be the very last option (before civil war).
