I like the optimism, a new job the next day :-). “You will own nothing and be happy 😃”. If you lose a job for failure to comply with government mandated policies you won’t quickly get a similar position in a declining economy for another firm following those rules.

Do you like beards? Honey? Steel cut oats? A return to the 18th century? Maybe the Amish will welcome you.

Egg on your face. I have a degree and education where I can easily Segway between construction and facilities management. Both of which are in high demand.

Well hopefully you’re right. We are entering another Great Depression. Plenty of Americans thought their educations and skills would guarantee good jobs in the 30s, but it didn’t pan out that way for many. Employment didn’t return until WWII.
