Deep state is anything not outlined in the constitutions. If we cut all government funding outside of sales tax, we don't even need to really fight the deepstate, we'll just turn it into an active siege.

If Trump is forced to activate his EO and the Insurrection Act, I believe SCOTUS will be in a different mood between 1/6 and 1/20 to do their job. Maybe I'm wrong, but I still believe there is a LEGAL and CONSTITUTIONAL solution to our situation because I believe the Founding Fathers anticipated this crap because they had a keen sense of human nature.
