Maintenance commanders at the Wing level and below can be decent. Medical group commanders (minus the ones actually in combat zones) have all been terrible from what I've met.
The only pilots I've met that weren't arrogant twatwaffles were heavy pilots and A-10 guys. And Army helicopter weirdos. Seriously, helicopter pilots are weird. But fun.
I don't know much about him. I just know the ones I had to deal with have been more Corporate Cucks than actual military. They're always hunting for big industry connections than trying to uphold their oaths. A few exceptions stand out, but that's not good.
Former Airman here the Air Force is more of a corp than military branch, but like the other branches will be split if it came to a civil war on the enlisted side, officers might be a bit fucked there
The Air Force leadership sees the Air Force as the Officer Corps of the military. They're mostly former fighter jocks with oversized egos looking for sweet gigs at defense contractors when they retire. They hardly even remember the enlisted exist. I think too many of them have grown dependent on that plan and are looking at which side will reward them the most, the Swamp or the Patriots. It's gonna be shaky if things kick off.
Air Force officers are bluepilled and fucked. Even the command-level enlisted.

Oh yes. Medical is atrocious. It is usually a woman with a chip on their shoulder as well.
How bout that McInerny general
