If Trump is forced to activate his EO and the Insurrection Act, I believe SCOTUS will be in a different mood between 1/6 and 1/20 to do their job. Maybe I'm wrong, but I still believe there is a LEGAL and CONSTITUTIONAL solution to our situation because I believe the Founding Fathers anticipated this crap because they had a keen sense of human nature.
Please do your research. Nothing LEGALLY or CONSTITUTIONALLY happens on January 6th that cannot be undone before January 20th. Does everything get harder after 1/6? Yes, absolutely. No question, no doubt. Should we do everything we can between now and 1/6? Yes! But there is NO legal surrender on 1/7.
Plenty of legal challenges can be heard between 1/6 and 1/20.
