If Trump is forced to activate his EO and the Insurrection Act, I believe SCOTUS will be in a different mood between 1/6 and 1/20 to do their job. Maybe I'm wrong, but I still believe there is a LEGAL and CONSTITUTIONAL solution to our situation because I believe the Founding Fathers anticipated this crap because they had a keen sense of human nature.
