Is there a safe youtube add blocker for android?

Meditation videos are the only thing keeping me sane and now f-ing youtube is putting ads in the middle of them so I get an adrenaline rush instead which makes me feel nuttier 🥴

Brave browser has ad blocker built in. I love it.

This is what I use. It also allows you to play YouTube videos in the background, and with your phone screen off.

Other suggestions have things covered, but you should also look into running pihole on your home network. Run it in a VM or on a raspberry-pie device.

I have a VM running Pihole. You can customize URLs to block.

Currently it's blocking 25% of DNS queries on my home network.
