we know the supreme court relies on the opinions of its members, calling out a member of the court, if you pan on ever presenting before that court, is just a dumb move. Unless you have the goods. It is a disservice to any litigant you may represent, otherwise. Would you ever hire an attorney who is on twitter making serious allegations about the judge who will hear your case? It just doesn't make sense from a practical standpoint. Only way I would ever sanction such behavior, is if that lawyer had the goods, and if that was the case, the only ethical thing would be to disclose all the evidence or relay it to the proper authorities without airing innuendo.
