Mainly just overall strength. My joints and shit to old. I baseball player lift plus creatine. Mass gainers have gotten way more palatable over the years
Female pede. I love exercise. I set up a home gym in February because I was spending a lot of money on a fancy gym in LA. I run and try to do HIIT and weights a few times a week. I actually have a disabled sister that I take care of and I literally have to lift her in and out of bed. Working out is not about looking good, it is about living a quality life and being able to be a productive citizen.
My own thing, but yeah... I do exactly the amount that the 10 rep is a struggle. I do it a week or until not a struggle and increase 10 lbs...lotsa reps and sets.. quick circuits
Also, I did go HARD, but warning to wise... I had to stop for two weeks after tearing a muscle attached to my shoulder blade. Felt like a broke rib and I've had six broken with collapsed lung all at once
Go slow and stop if something hurts, you ain't gonna lift through the pain...
Good job- and careful with that muscle tear- take your time healing. I did the same and took me 2 years to heal. Now 5 years later, it's still weak. Before that- I was the same as you- spent a year+ going hard and getting in the best shape of my life in the previous 20 years. It was a gut-punch when I had to let up- now slowly coming back and doing the best I can. Best wishes!
It was creatine. I was told my body was turning it into a bad sugar. I'm just starting to show hereditary diabetes (47yo) I have a low carb, low sugar diet. Mostly red meat and green veggies. I don't work out as hard as I did last year after I was stabbed 7 times. Crime victims compensation unit only recently offered to pay for rehab.
If you take the full 1440 you get 2g creatine.. then there is another supplement 3g creatine, and this third product I use preworkout has 1g. So, I just do a total 6g only on workout days.
There will be fist fighting before the shooting starts. Besides that, my old ass needed the muscle for 65 lb plate carrier and "additional gear" as needed
You don’t need the powder. Sufficient calories and a healthy heart, vascular system. Focus on Whole Foods and low saturated fat and chew some greens daily.
My protein target is 150-200g per day. I'm building strength and some muscle, but if be gaining a lot of unwelcome ballast with those numbers. My aging metabolism wouldn't handle 6000 kcal gracefully. 😄
Just know you can only absorb a certain amount of protein at one time! 30g Max. Research it otherwise you’re getting calories but not protein when you think you are.
Good for you man! That’s some real talk right there.
Are you trying to gain mass, or just muscle? Either way, impressed with your dedication!
I already did... I went full beast mode 4 real. I wish I could add a profile pic
Hell yeah!!
I wish I could post my after pic. I really did blow up.

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training?

Mine healed in two weeks. I stated back Monday
I tried bulking up on stuff similar but broke out in pimples like I was 15. At 163 I was looking for 20lbs.
Did it have testosterone in it? If your good on testosterone, extra I believe will break you out.

Anyway, does this stuff behave like creatine?
Creatine can also be bad for kidneys!!
I'm NOT promoting and I saw my doc and got ore creatine labs, will check again in six months
Roger that. I'll avoid that. I have done over the counter T pills. Worked out pretty well. I think I'll just stick with that

On off days, I take a half 1440. Every other day

You don't need that. Get whey from my protein.com and eat tons of food

Pretty sure I know what works for me
No I'm just saying you're throwing money away with GNC, they overcharge for everything.
But im lazy and not poor anymore, Thanks 2 AMERICA!
50g of protein in 1340 calories? 🤪
Yeah it's alot. You will be pooping a bunch ... Lol

Mine is just starting to slow. God blinded me in one eye at birth, but he gave me an incredible ability to get big quick

Dude, my toilet knows!
Dude not add, I swear
Not an add bro, I swear.. sorry wasn't thinking that way
Relax, chud.
Also, no one is rushing to buy GNC products in the first place...so one pic won’t change that
yo, I am seriously not doing that and had I thought ahead, I would have covered the GNC and now it won't let me edit it...
Should just post before and after pics without face.
Thanks!
