He probably knows right from wrong and that’s good enough for me. People with Down syndrome are honest and have good intentions. That’s more than anyone in politics and I’m not so sure you need to be smart to be a politician anyways... just corrupt
Not necessarily on that first part, vetting would be necessary. I do agree with the intelligence part though. If you watched the Michigan Senate "Hearing", like a month ago, the Rino Senator gave all the witnesses 3 minutes to speak, was a rude cunt, but anyway, couldn't even figure out how to turn the volume down on his phone/alarm, either that or he wanted to be a rude cunt, it was the latter, regardless. Also, these Senators don't even have to read the bills they sign into law! Not one of them read that covid bill that Trump veto'd. They did not read 6000 pages in two days, not one of them...I do think conscience is the most, if not one of the most important aspects of that job, and those people are seriously lacking. The person would need guidance obviously though.
Innocence is what I’m interested in. Not corrupted. If the person can distinguish good from bad and has the people around him to assist (like all politicians do) then I say run and let the people decide. Obviously there’s limitations but having someone you trust.. idk these are crazy times
