More than likely there are more genies in a sub basement as well. The power consumption of this facility is going to be extremally high. I am surprised there are not more cooling towers on the roof. The AT&T equipment will have its own power and emergency distribution centers and the NSA equipment will have its own isolated and independent power and emergency distribution centers.
