Cop here. It’s most security aka yellow shirts. The one in the dark blue has Sgt stripes and it says Police on his patch. That’s also the asshole went for the choke hold. While his department may permit LV&R for “resisting” subjects, fuck him.
This is exactly why I got into policing. To uphold the Constitution, be the type of cop that you want an encounter with (if it has to happen) and when fucking Karen’s call 911 on bullshit, I can address it correctly without it turning into a shit show like this. Though the odds of security being retarded and jumping into a use of force with this patriot is insanely high. The responding cop/s had to make the choice of jumping in or not. So fuck them for choosing poorly.
What these morons don’t realize is once the sleeping giant is awoken, there’s no putting it back to sleep. These fucks are getting dangerously close with each passing incident like this. Tarnished the badge and hurts everyone of us who don’t act this way.
It's usually adrenaline control (or lack there of) that's responsible for stuff like this. Once had a cop show up to a location for an "emergency" and because there was no "emergency" for him to go do anything with he had to unload his pent up adrenaline on the poor delivery guy who just happened to momentarily park his semi truck in a part of the fire lane to unload our pallets.
While the citizenry certainly appreciates cops like you, If you really care about the constitution you should leave your department and become a sheriff or marshall.
ALL local police are an unconstitutional abomination and drain on our every day life and country as a whole.
