Yea I don't get it. The 600 bill is a band aid at best, and they've spent way more tax $ than they took in. PA allegedly used some of the CARES $$ to deal with the state deficit instead of rent relief and other programs it was assigned to. The local liberals are awesome at making sure that the food bank is stocked, but are known to spend money like drunken sailors otherwise.
Retailers are letting their temp holiday help go. A Facebook ad for an assistant manager at Hobby Lobby (1 position) had >>200 likes as soon as it was posted. We need to reopen so more people can get back to work. Those now hiring signs look great, but are swamped with hundreds of applicants.

Allow at least 50-75% indoor occupancy for bars and restaurants. People aren't likely to go to a restaurant to freeze their ass off eating in a tent.
Open other businesses. If someone works out a deal with their boss to stay at home, that's between them.
