By not following their own laws, as enacted by their own legislatures, states have violated Article II, Section 1. Thus, they have not conducted an election and their results are void. If the votes of all seven contested states are registered as zero, President Trump will have 232 votes, and Joe Biden will have 222.

This would make Donald Trump re-elected, since he has the majority of the actual electoral votes. There will be no need to involve the House of Representatives to resolve a contingent election.

This is the best legal path forward to reaffirm what we already know. Trump won.

If he's going to do this, he will need the help of the States. The delegations from the affected States must acknowledge the fraud, and the delegations from the other States must demand that the fraud be acknowledged.

That one decision would give him the 2024 Presidency. Hope he makes the right choice.
