That's what it looks like. However, some types of explosions don't have the bright flash at the center of the explosion but will have the flash/fire on the perimeter of the explosion. The best way I can think of explaining is when you watch someone spit fire. Not the best analogy but the "explosion" is the person's mouth forcing the accelerant out with a huge pressure. The harder the pressure the further away the flame is from the mouth.
So it's still probable that it's the RV as the source of the explosion but isn't the only theory out there. I'm keeping an open mind about the different possibilities.
Just speculation here, but I think the clip here is misleading, the superimposed photo of the fire in this video is when the explosion was dissipating, not ignition. Its from another video clip if I'm not mistaken that shows this.
Not to mention that if that is where the origin of the explosion was, I don't think the RV would be as obliterated as it was. There was barely any of it left.
