An AirForce drone could have delivered the missile to the precise floor, thru the front of the building. A tracking signal could have be located by a janitor next to the offending hardware. Now, google QUIET guided ordinance and delivery systems. OR, it could have been dropped by an aircraft at altitude, and glided to
its target, speed would have been 600mph, enough to penetrate the front brick facide.
If you're in the US, the Tuesday after next, the 5th, listen real close you should hear your cities testing out their emergency alarms, if you flip on a broadcast TV station at some point in the day you will here the emergency test.

I think the explosion might have come from the building too? The debris field (in other photos I've seen) is all going away from the building. Some of the bricks laying that far away could be blamed on a post explosion collapse but the trees and the signs are all blown/bent away from the building.
Plus if you watch the video and look at the frame where the explosion starts, it looks like it could actually be coming from inside a building to the right of the camera.

Maybe the RV was used as a target locator and/or maybe a guide laser was set up inside the RV aiming at the exact target point on the wall/walkway.
