I think the RV was put there by a patsy who may have been involved in the gun fight. Its purpose was to issue the warning and to cover it up . In one video you see a contrail coming from the sky . Implies a high velocity object inbound and surgical strike underground through one of those shafts in the sidewalk. Then RV detonated but timing was not exact milliseconds off. The elevator piston from the underground service elevator can be seen on the street. How does something that big and heavy end up on the street ABOVE from a downwards explosion? It cant. the object coming from the sky went thru the shafts underground blew up and ejected the elevator piston on to the street.
The explosion coming from across the street looks like a blast coming up from a man hole cover. I checked google street view and there is 2 large manhole overs right where that explosion appears to be coming from. Which is more reason for me to think the explosion was underground , what you see is the blast venting up from the man hole cover
Some of the left's top election-fixing technicians may have worked in that building. If some of them were rostered on for Christmas Day, they may have needed both a good excuse for them to leave their post, as well as a cover story for the explosion.
I don't agree with that. No deaths means hardly anyone will care about this for more than a few days. Someone was trying to get something done, not send a message to the public. If penne had died, that mayor could not have laughed it off at that weird press conference.
