Note the "weird" condensing water vapor contrail of the object on trajectory with the coming explosion. A gliding warhead is silent and not powered for 2/3 or more of the flight. (if ground launched)

The motion of an object through air causes change of air pressure due to airflow around the object. The higher the speed, the greater the change in air pressure. With the right temperature and humidity that change in air pressure can cause fast-evaporating contrails. No exhaust particles needed.
