Then you keep track of how many you flipped and back fill with paper shipped from out of state by postal workers. The ballots themselves are actually inconsequential once they are scanned in. That is the record of the election, which is basically all erased now. Any "hand" recount is smoke and mirrors at this point.
Trump should have seized these machines immediately for analysis or had feds/marshalls at these places preventing the fuckery in the first place.
We know in Antrim, 68% of the ballots 'had to be' manually adjudicated.
So exactly what happened in this one small county in Michigan?
There were only a few thousand votes for President. 10,000 total votes . Or whatever the hell it was.
The original count had Biden up by a few thousand. But it was corrected and Trump ended up winning the county.
The original count was an error. Now, was that original count AFTER the manual adjudication? Or before manual adjudication?
The same specific claim about digital flipping in the software from Powell which also has resulted in the zealous echo-chamber here screaming "TUCKER THE CUCKER TUCKER THE CUCKER!" for him asking about it. I say leave the jumping-to-conclusions lynch mobbing for the left, for crying out loud.

Doesn't manual adjudication just mean they look at the ballot, decide who it's marked for, and punch it into the system?
If so, how wouldn't this have been caught in the hand recount?
