Wrong, they are not the people responsible for upholding the law. They are the people we have hired to represent us in that role.
Any government official, elected, appointed, or hired, acts with the the consent of the governed. It is our responsibility to uphold the law, and if the people we have delegated that job to refuse to do it for us then it’s time we do it ourselves.
I have said it over and over again, if you are waiting for the swamp to drain itself you will be disappointed. Most on here still think Trump is some warrior monk that will do it all himself, I don’t think that is right either. At this point I seen Trump almost as a sacrificial lamb. He has laid his life on the line, not to win the fight himself, but for his sacrifice and destruction to open the eyes of WE THE PEOPLE to how the swamp has stacked the deck against us.
Trump didn’t come along to win the war, he came along to show us that the war had already begun even though we didn’t know it.
I think more people are aware that there is a war on our freedoms. Some have been aware of that for decades. Many more know that today. What needs to be more widely known is that we can and must win the war.
