Ok I'm probably wrong about this but to get conspiracial for a minute. Patrick Byrne said in his interview that the voting machines were communicating with a smart thermostat and the IP's went to a city in China which he began to name but quit. I though he was going to say Shanghai but there is a city in the Hunan province called Changsha.
