They don't need to prove it happened (which they have with traffic of machines connecting to net). If you can prove the votes can be tampered with in a way that leaves no trace then the machines are no good ergo election is thrown out.
Since all the contested states have paper ballot backups, there is literally a trace. No election will be thrown out unless a hand recount proves the tampering. At that point you'd need to prove the paper ballots were also tampered with.
Also they have no traffic of machines connecting to the net. I don't see that anywhere in this document.
Then it would force a signature audit. Col. Waldren provided that information in sworn testimony.
