This is correct. This is point-blank Ocommie's fundamental transformation of America by using every aspect - bureaus, Congress, tech, media to reach an ideological goal.
It doesn't seem to me that POTUS will do it though. Clearly he is receiving filtered info and gatekeepers are preventing his communication with the People who put him in office.
