Jenna Ellis is a swamp fucker who posted shit about patriots and Donald trump in 2016 and is putting on an act while injecting bad information here and there. Byrne confirms Trump is surrounded by traitors and to trust nobody, and these are the words of traitors. She is pandering to the feelings of Democrats rather than enforcing objective truth. The coherent, constitutional argument is that the election was rigged and stolen, which is unconstitutional, by people who want to remove the constitution, which is not in the interest of the constitution. Invoking martial law to address a truth is far less harsh than what Democrats do with their lies.
Lincoln is precedent. And guess what...precedent is not in the Constitution. The President has the Constitutional obligation to ensure a Republican form of government in all states. I'm pretty sure the Founders didn't intend us to wait for an inexperienced daughter of privileged Never Trumpers to give us permission to end the subversion of our Constitution. This woman, whom the founders never intended to even have a vote, is irrelevant.
FYSA Byrne has stated his confidence in Giuliani and "his team" (i.e. Ellis) last week. But he does not think Giuliani is the man to lead this charge because he has stormed the hill too many times already.
Separately, Byrne states Pence is "swamp." We have a problem unless we pressure Pence to commit to selecting electors on Jan 6.

Yeah people are going at her but she's right. The idea that a president can claim fraud but no other court or system recognizes that and then still uses the military to declare himself the winner?? Thats crazy. Just imagine if Obama tried to do that for hillary in 2016. Declare her the winner because of "Russian" and use the military to gather evidence and USE IA OR ML. I am hoping that Trump has something up his sleeve. It could be hopium but his moves since the election does make me feel like something is happening. The only way I see Trump using ML or IA is after he proves himself the winner and he has to because of the crazy shit that would happen. Not before hand.
Okay but again using the military right now doesn't seem like a good idea to me. You really think that if no "legitimate" system accepts Trumps evidence so he then uses ML or IA to seize voting machines arrest or detain ppl etc that any information released to the public after that process will be accepted? Trump would look like the dictator they've been calling him and any evidence presented would be suspect. Not to mention what lengths he would have to go too to put down the civil unrest. I believe Trump understands this. I believe that Trump knows he must find another way to prove himself winner. ML and IA can come afterwards if needed but not before. I don't believe those things should be used to help over turn this. I'm not sure what he has planned but I'm hoping its something.

this is a good article explaining some of the possible behind the scenes moves. I believe Trump is fighting hard for himself, us, and the country.
