There is zero mention of precedent in the US Constitution. Nor does the Constitution instruct the President to ensure a Republican form of government in the states, only after a Never-Trumper daughter of a cucked liberal family, who wouldn't have even been allowed to vote on the Founders' watch, gives the President her permission. Her arrogance is deafening.
