They will fail. As soon as the 6th is here, Trump will enact the Insurrection Act under the EO and 12th and 14th Amendment. Trump, and we, know the courts aren't gonna do shit. Please don't be offended, but I am right. Thank you for the response. It is difficult for us to sit here and watch Trump tweet with no action, but he is doing everything exactly as he must. If you recall most of the Supreme Court cases have been on the grounds of 1person 1vote. That did not occur in all the swing states county by county. We know it will be messy, but I like my country and I don't eat Chinese.
