He can't, no.

However Pence has the authority to throw out any or all states EV's altogether if no slate of electors is agreed upon. Or find precedent on Article 2 of the constitution that whatever Electors the State Legislators appointed will be counted, which most states have sent as dueling electors.

If Pence throws out a few States EV's the vote will go to the House State delegation where Trump will win. There is also a chance that Jan 6th will be in limbo, and if contested long enough, Pelosi will act as President until the election is resolved. Which SCOTUS has a few cases pending on Jan 22nd.

Lots of things could happen on Jan 6th, this is uncharted territory.

The language here is what is getting you. My understanding of the process is as follows: No, Pence can't block the certification. He will open the electoral votes and ask for objections. It's then up to a patriots in the House (Moe Brooks) and Senate (Possibly Ted Cruz) to make those objections. Once the objections have been raised. The House and Senate have 2 hours to debate. If after 2 hours there are still objections. They take a vote. Each state has one legislative vote. California gets 1, Rhode Island gets 1. The hope is that because there are more Republicans that Trump would get more votes. Yes, there is precedent..Nixon and I believe it was again done in 1876... We shall see how it goes.

Maybe, maybe not.

That really doesn't mean much.

That is not the basket that the eggs are in.

Stop trying to analyze the 'paths to victory'. They come and go by the hour.

The President could have done 1000 things to curtail all the Democrat voter fraud and he did exactly zero things.

That means he is going to go after them.

He is not going to pin his re-election on hopes.

So far he has done absolutely nothing.

That is going to change at some point.

Stay calm. Hold the line.

Yes that can’t be the plan because it’s not possible. Another BS rumor.

(1)The Lost 110 Words of Our Constitution

"Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, which was designed to guard against the infringement of voting rights.

"But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States....is denied to any...or IN ANY WAY ABRIDGED.. the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion.."

(2)Guarantee Clause (Art IV, Sec. 4) of the Constitution: "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government" .

Guarantee Clause makes clear, state efforts to undermine republican government are indeed everyone's business.
