Here's what I infer from this:

He believes he will win in the end, but is giving the republicans a chance to step up. If they do then we can re-elect them. Why re-elect them if they don't?

And I believe the "ugly chapter in our country's history" refers to this whole election process, as soon as they dumped the fraud ballots after election night.

Agree. Maybe I'm just being optimistic, but I see that too. That he's giving everyone a chance to do the right thing, and those that don't will be finished when he drops the metephorical A-Bomb on these mutha fuckers. He seems very confident, seems like last warning / last chance for these slime balls to come clean.

What would happen if Trump simply refuses to leave the office (by giving a good reason nonetheless)? Wouldn't they have to sue him for that and bring the entire thing to court? Wouldn't that lead to a loss for the deep state as all the available evidence would be exposed and would have to be officially recognized?

They won't take Trump to court because they know all the evidences of their election fraud will be revealed in court.

Obama said they will just get SEAL team from the military to escort him out
