The Kroger I shop at posted guards to harass people about masks as you walk in the store. For weeks I just walked by them with no mask on and ignored whatever they would say to me. No one inside the store said anything. After a while I got tired of the guards bugging me, so I started shopping somewhere else. I now save upwards of $200 a month on food by not shopping at Kroger, which never would have happened if not for the pandemic. So, thanks to all the virus pussies for making that possible.

I DON'T WEAR MASKS - I am in Austin TX - leftist hippie hell - I tell them I have a medical exemption (which I do, actually - for mental reasons - I will detonate if I have to wear one) and 80% of the time they leave me alone, the other 20% I debate vigorously then leave - I can live without whatever they are selling. Seems a small price to pay compared to the heavy price of freedom throughout history.
My exemption is that it can interfere with equipment operation. I concealed carry everywhere, and a mask could interfere with me operating my handgun safely.

I DON'T WEAR MASKS - I am in Austin TX - leftist hippie hell - I tell them I have a medical exemption (which I do, actually - for mental reasons - I will detonate if I have to wear one) and 80% of the time they leave me alone, the other 20% I debate vigorously then leave - I can live without whatever they are selling. My exemption is that it can interfere with equipment operation. I concealed carry everywhere, and a mask could interfere with me operating my handgun safely.

An interesting conundrum by politicians who did not think this through at all. It would depend on each state’s laws on concealed carry.
In my state, mask laws conflict with and infringe on exercising my Second Amendment rights in the safest manner possible.
Aside from the fact that I think mask orders are unconstitutional anyway and I will ignore them, I will play the legal word game with sheep. Our Governor EO says that I have an exception if it interferes with operating equipment, so I choose that as my exception reason. Also per the EO, no one can ask my what my exception or or to produce proof of it.

I got harassed in a Jack in the Box drive through in Hawaii a few weeks ago. The young Filipino cashier at the window told me I need to wear a mask to be served. I just said "No." She pretty much threw the food at me as if I were diseased...lol.

I went to a burger place last week that had a sign: “no service without mask”. Decided to walk in anyway expecting to be told to leave and the cook is not wearing a mask. Just dont wear a mask. Decline one if offered by the store. They really cant do shit. Most of the time they'll not even say anything. The majority of people will want to avoid a confrontation. It's a fucking mask after all. I've been in and out of stores literally hundreds of times since the Spring and have had only one incident where the a store manager really pushed it.
First he came over to me and asked to wear one. I said "No thanks." He said he would call the police if I didn't. Our local police aren't enforcing this and would be out of the store by the time they showed up anyways. I just got what I came for and then went to check out. He tells the cashier to not ring me up. I then go to one of the self check out machines. The fucker does something electronically from a kiosk and a "Please wait for an attendant" message pops up on my screen and I couldn't do anything. He stands there with this self satisfied look on his face. I pulled out my wallet and thankfully had enough cash on me. I put the money on the machine, take my shit and walk out. He starts walking out with me trying to accuse me of shoplifting. I told him that I paid and if he wasn't going to accept US legal tender then he should close the store. Fuck that dude. Of course it was a large national chain. No small business would treat a customer line that or allow any of their employees to.

My brother is a nurse here in Australia and he was part of a COVID cluster at his hospital. He experienced a slight fever sore throat and body aches, was fine in a week. He said if no one told him he had covid he would have just thought it was a mild flu.
