If the nurse that kicked me out of the clinic I go to weekly for treatment is overruled i might take this advice as a lesser resistance method. I do need to go but I've refused a mask so far (and got kicked out tuesday) A nice big cut in it to breath through and if they try to give me shit?? "hey it's my only mask" ...if they try to offer you another "no no you might have covid or that mask may be dirty no"
