Hmm, I actually do not see how a SSL certificate being used temporarily on a server located elsewhere.. means the systems were connected to foreign countries after the fact.

Not doubting that they were, but SSL certificate does not prove that at all.

That's a 100% normal wildcard SSL cert. Literally nothing in that screenshot is suspicious. They are typically renewed / rekeyed yearly, but have up to five years.

Except for the fact it's against federal law for voting systems to be connected to the internet at all. They shouldn't have ethernet ports, modem, telephone, or smoke signals to Elizabeth Warren. 1 bit goes across the internet and that's enough to call off the entire election
