She actually thinks Biden wouldnt instantly invoke the insurrection act to stop Patriots from protesting a fraudulent Biden presidency.

She has been saying this BS for like 2 weeks now. The first tweet she made she said "the people dont want the insurrection act" and stated the same dumb reasons why. Many people pointed out that she has no business speaking for "the people". I damn sure know what I want and its not more fucking evidence that no one is going to look at. It wouldnt bother me at all if it was just some foolish lawyer but this is the POTUS lawyer. At minimum she should be saying its not something we want to use yet. I am tored of these people acting like something that is written into our laws and has been used many times is unconstitutional. Its there for a reason. This is as good a reason as there can possibly be.

Well...for the Democrats it would never come down to that. State legislatures would cooperate along with the FBI and the courts would actually hear the evidence which, of course, would find in their favor.
I took this as her meaning that it's up to US to take care of this. Not the President.

Keep in mind Martial law and the Insurrection act are not the same thing. As Flynn points out Martial law has been in effect in the US over 60 times in far less dire circumstances. The fact that she "can see no Constitutional Argument" is reminiscent of Barr's "to date no evidence of election fraud."

No, she's saying use the constitution. Why would they show their cards? We all want justice, but they aren't gonna come right out and tell the public, and the DS, what they are going to do beyond following the constitution.
