Yes. The two links you have provided do not say that AT&T owns any of the companies the image alleges except for CNN.

Edit: And BellSouth.

AT&T has a Board member named William E. Kennard. This is easily verifiable via their website.

Dominion Voting is owned by Staple Street Capital. Again verifiable via Bloomberg.

William E. Kennard is a board member of Staple Street Capital.

William E. Kennard is also a board member for MetLife, again verifiable via their own website.

The links I provided do in fact show that he is a board member for all 3 of those companies. Please verify.
