I am not sure any of this matters to be quite frank. Truth, justice, right, and wrong are out the door as evidenced by this election. We live in a post-justice world right now where institutions, courts, lawyers, police, agents only take action on what is politically expedient. This election is the collapse, the collapse has already happened if this is not turned around.
