He's been doing a ton of research, not just on this topic, but a fair amount of economic research as well. In interviews he has made it clear he can unequivocally prove there is an organized effort (since at least the early 90s) to create fake people across the country. They shift these "phantom voters" around where they need them & they're using multiple ways to generate them so they make it onto the voter roles. He's convinced the US pop is much much lower than people think & can pretty much prove it at this point.
Basically there are "people" who "voted" with no family of any kind. Like they were made out of thin air. No relatives at all.

Interesting idea on how the polulation of the US may be alot less. I really find it hard to beleive that China and India have pops over 1 billion.
