Stay at home and from the comfort of your home you can call people names and spew your anger. Are you and your neighbor now going since the 2.3T bill is signed?? If THAT is the only reason you’re coming then that’s sad and I know it sure as hell isn’t the reason he signed it.
I am going!! I own my own business and while this has affected me it hasn't killed me... It just makes me really mad when people don't understand what people are going through... This couple next door, I coached their kids in football, they worked at that factory for like 15 years, they were told they were only closing for a few weeks and they trusted that while their savings and everything faded... They are making something like 237 off of unemployment a piece and they have kids to take care of too.... I didn't mean to be an ass I just see them struggling through NO FAULT of their own and it pisses me off!! Especially when people say what THEY would do if they were in their shoes... You would do the same as them, you would be worried about feeding your kids and not driving to DC for something that may not be anything more than its been the last 2 times!! .... They are like 4k behind on bills and I had to help them with Christmas for their kids... I live in a really small town that factory is what gave this town life .. and because of how long all this has taken they are fucking totally broke!! ... They thought they would be going back to work in a few weeks and like 5 months later they find themselves dependent on 237 a week!! It's fucking sad and I will fight for them with them on my mind in DC... Because they won't be able to make it
