I read somewhere that President Trump saw the report, but the final report for release was going to be delayed. I could be wrong on what “public” means, maybe just other elected or government people besides the President? I was hoping it’d provide more evidence shit was going down all over the place.
I’m hoping the same. My gut tells me that President Trump has a ton of info that’s legitimate he’s going to drop on the American People. Maybe on the 6th? I’m praying he does, because as shitty as 2020 was, a 2021 with Biden in charge would be even worse,

I heard that the report would be delayed until January. However, if my understanding of the 2018 EO is correct, the deadline only applies to the report itself and actions that will be taken by the various departments, not its showing to the public.
At this point, I think it is safe to say that even if it is to be released, the establishment will find faults in it, use logical fallacies, or even outright lie to discredit and debunk the report.
It's being delayed as Ratcliffe is making sure everything is in it. He has confirmed there was foreign interference. Hopefully that doesn't mean just social media influence and the fact that some deepstate people in the intelligence agency are trying to block it means it has some goodies.
