The simple truth is, we are all in this together. If one state throws a national election, or bypasses their legislatures, it will invariably impact all of us one way or another.

The US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. It supercedes the SCOTUS, federal and state law. The United States is a Republic and is ruled by the people. There is no higher authority.
