You could give newcomers test questions that would either normally be asked by someone redpilled trying to redpill someone else, or a truthful question where the answer could be viewed as negative toward Trump. If they don't know the answer to the redpill question and/or they try to answer untruthfully to the other question because they think you want an answer that's positive toward Trump, those would be red flags.
