As for communism. In Marxist belief, communism is achieved when every state becomes socialist and forms into one global state. The world will be socialist. The Bolsheviks were actually very Democratic. They believed in democratic centralism. That is when if 60% votes on something and 40% doesn’t then the 40% has to just shut up and agree with the 60%. Of course this is prone to fraud as Stalin had every election stolen. So what would happen is if you disagreed with the state you disagreed with the demos, the will of the people and were an enemy of the people. That is the nightmare of Bolshevism in my opinion.

So the entire world would be ruled by soviets or republics which are then ruled by a world court. Eventually you’d see a merging of the soviets. This is the USSR. Then what is supposed to happen is that you get a post scarcity civilization and the state disappears. Obviously that doesn’t happen though.
