The context is, It's George Bush Sr's funeral. Somebody was able to slip a mysterious envelope into the folders of the Clinton's, Obama's, Biden's, and Pence family. Then, as this video shows, another one is passed to George Bush Jr.
The reaction from all involved is extremely telling. Whatever was written on this envelope horrified them, shocked them, scared the crap out of them.
The reason it's interesting is because it was hopefully Trump saying "You are caught." In some form or fashion.
