Ejection matter from the blast. Followed by the fireball. something was propelled upwards, hot enough and fast enough to leave a vapor trail in the cold air.

Looks outgoing to me. And would it make sense to use a missile? Then there's the question, where's the crater? It was from the ground. Something shot off early, because it was some homemade deal.

Explosion was underground. Upward gases and projectile effects from said gases.

Something was blown up big-time in an underground part of the building. The RV thing is definitely a decoy.

Psst... remember a couple weeks ago when there were rumors that specops teams were retooling for bunker-breaching? Might be related.
