All this person is seeing is the fire spray after the initial explosion. Its coming from the side of thecstreet with the RV. Fake news, people need to stop claiming this.
Also strange that the service elevator covers on the sidewalk were blown off and I beams of the ATT building were bent away from that building and trees folded away from the building towards where the RV had been parked.
Bombs of that size have the capability of moving vehicles. The fireball on the opposite side of the street is the rv that exploded. If you watch carefully you can see it falling and bouncing (as a fireball...and not in this edit that has multiple frames superimposed over each other)
