No, and there has never been a working block option on this site either, which I consider as bad as the moderation here, which has always been rather lackadaisical. I would love to see a working block option, and maybe a side bar note explaining the difference between succeed/secede, successsion/secession, martial law/the utter lack of anything called marshal(l) law, etc etc etc. I dream big.
