Do they really think they won’t be primaried in their next elections?
Do they think the Tump base and it’s wildly successful coattails will propel the Republican Party anywhere if they continue to abandon their leader without at minimum fighting to ensure he gets a fair chance for his case to be heard?
Am I taking crazy pills? How unbelievably weak, short sighted, and tone deaf to what’s on the horizon if they continue down the path of inaction while stupidly hoping this all goes away if Trump leaves the White House next month.
Since we now know that the CIA can rig any US elections in whatever way they want, you can't primary anyone unless they let you. A lot of Dems are in their positions fraudulently, think Newsom and Schiff.
And see what happened when Kemp started to grow a spine? The bf of his daughter blew up in his car. Then Kemp lost his spine. The swamp is ruthless and it appears to be the Republicans are either blackmailed or just afraid. Note too that most of them have profited from the money carousel already, including Mitch McConnell, and they are not likely to want to blow up the "system". I believe all of those things together explain the pathetic things we are seeing now.
It's not "The CIA", it's "people at the CIA". Faceless, dehumanized institutions are too ephemeral to fight. We need to rehumanize them. We can fight people.
It's people doing this to us, not institutions.
