I am a hunting guide & got to visit the work shop that made this , that is the one Jesse James did for the President a couple of years back,he is a good friend of Don jr.
Due to the rules they can not present it to President Trump until after 2024 when he leaves office or it would have to go into the White House collection .It comes with a special hand crafted presentation case as well.
He makes some beautiful guns & is going to start doing a collection of hunting rifles next year.
Here is a link to one of his sites if you want to look at more ,your post just reminded me l am sure he was going to auction off a load of custom guns to build a special fitted house on site to care for his Ex, who was l think from memory very ill with Parkinson disease.
I suppose, in a very small way, this makes sense. But at the same time, we can have congressmen with Magical Millions Manifesting in their bank accounts, or nailing Chicom Spies, or cheering for terrorists...
So I'll allow the "No Gifts for the President" rule to prevent bribery, with an exemption that the President is allowed to receive arms, provided he then uses those arms to deal with the aforementioned clearly corrupt congressmen.

Thanks, having a look now.
That's kinda an idiotic, and frankly unconstitutional, rule.
I mean, he can't KEEP his arms? That would be both a confiscation of personal property and an infringement against 2A.
But good for them for holding on to it until his terms are over, to get around this bullshit.
The President is not allowed to accept personal gifts to stop bribery
