It does sound similar but China has a longer history then the US and they have revolted plenty of times in the past with out guns, besides a split with in their fighting elite could cause a rift in the CCP military. I would also add that if Biden gets in he'll have no problem selling the last of our food reserves to the CCP. As prices skyrocket at home he'll call in the UN military to quell the rebellion. The bill allowing such has already passed the house. You can imagine what happens next. If Trump gets in he won't. The CCP may have gambled everything on Joe Pedo. If he doesn't achieve power the CCP may be facing the ultimatum; secure food or be destroyed from within. We are the only ones that have food left to feed them.

Most of them were incredibly racist, but generally loosened up a lot once I spoke with them for a bit and they realized, "Oh, this guy seems like a human, and not a rabid dog that needs to be put down." They spend their lives bombarded with the message that any non-Han people are sub-human, but it's pretty easy to get most of them to stop thinking that way. Well, those that were willing to acknowledge that I was capable of speaking their language.
Party members, on the other hand... there was no getting through to them, on anything. Every party member I met was completely hard-wired. I could never convince any of them on anything, even if it was related to what I did in my free time. They break the rank and file party members really thoroughly.
