Personal mannerisms? Like what? Walking? Talking? Putting my hands in my pockets?

How you walk. Your gate or shuffle. A limp. How you always put your hands in your pockets when talking. Holding a pinky up while drinking a soy latte. They can now catalogue everyone by their individual movements even if everyone is wearing a mask. Just try and strut like Dustin Johnson if you can.

Very few people limp. It's not reliable anyway, since the limp might be a temporary injury. And I somehow doubt there will be many soy latte drinkers in that crowd. Either way, even if they record everyone, they have no idea who they are. The people there will be wearing masks, and there is no database to match someone's walking style and mannerisms with an identity.

Ya I said this is being newly implemented in Vegas. I don’t know if anywhere else. I agree not everyone has a limp, I was just trying to name distinguishing characteristics. It doesn’t link your mannerisms to your identity necessarily. It just catalogs all the individuals and their movements. If an unknown individual starts recking havoc, the database cross references their movements with the database. They can tell if someone is part of a group that’s already been catalogued. From there I assume it’s easy for them to figure out your identity by tracing your movements. It may not exist fully yet, but with everyone wearing masks, they ARE building a database connecting your movements and mannerisms to your identity.
