In all honesty. Seeing how all the fraud is being ignored and they are trying to usher in Biden, how in the hell is this just going to turn around and be in Trumps favor. IM not trying to be a doomer but I can’t see how this plays out on the public stage and the “others” to accept it. Can someone enlighten me please

The others will never accept it, but we know that Trump got like 60-70% of the popular vote. We are the majority so let them writhe in anguish. The truth comes out and they will recoil from it. Nothing can change that. This is the same reaction they would have had if he won outright.

I saw a theory that uses a clause from the 12th that says, to the effect, the person with the most Electoral votes wins. Trump 233, biden 227. But the article made it clear that the path was clear as mud, so we just have to watch and wait.

There are several paths to victory; through the 12th or 20th Amendment.
The current path is when Congress is supposed to certify the electors on Jan. 6. Several states are de-certifying their elections, and some sent two groups of electors, creating a mess. VP Pence presides over this process on Jan. 6, and his power is "supreme," meaning his decisions are final and cannot be appealed or overruled by any authority. He can reject objections and even choose not to open the envelopes and throw the process to a vote in the House--where Trump would win.
If for some reason this is not resolved and the Dems proceed to put on a their charade to install Biden, Trump has another path. SCOTUS has agreed to hear Trump's case on election fraud on Jan. 22. This is a signal that if Team Trump succeeds in convincing enough Justices that the election was corrupt, SCOTUS can direct a remedy, be it another election, full recount, or other, and direct the Inauguration to be conducted on March 4 as the Constitution originally required, putting the 20th Amendment aside.
January 22 is AFTER scheduled inauguration tho. How can they proceed with the case after Biden has been supposedly inaugurated?
