Has anyone actually seen full evidence of a full recovery?

Eye doctor here, Bell’s palsy can have full recovery but is not always FULLY recovered. Movement generally does return to the face but some clinical findings remain. Common to see permanent ptosis (sagging of the lid, or brow ) or facial asymmetry.

Another person mentioned that even though the facial paralysis can appear recovered, there's still evidence of permanent brain damage in the area where the virus affected. (Lack of electrical activity in the area, etc.) idk anything for sure, repeating what I heard.

I just heard that timeline, but it appears I was wrong. From this link, https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-9030943/Four-volunteers-got-Pfizers-vaccine-developed-Bells-palsy.html, it was anywhere from 3 - 48 days.

It doesn't really tell us much. It doesn't define what "recovered" is or looks like either.
